How to Meditate for Answers & Manifest Anything

Greetings Friends :)

I totally just had the most RAD epiphany…
I started writing this blog post about “How to Meditate for Answers” because I think there’s this huge misconception that you should HEAR something in meditation, and that when you don’t hear something or gain some previously elusive insight, then you’re not meditating right.

And I wanted to sit down and write about my own experience with meditating for answers because I will become still and quiet and go into meditation.  As I begin, I will ask whatever I want to ask, and then I relax and  just be still a while.

It’s AFTER I’m done meditating (usually about 5 minutes) and I’ve gone on about my day that something will happen.  Some synchronicity, or something odd will catch my attention.  I HAVE heard an actual voice before, but that’s not my norm.

But it’s sort of  like during meditation you “download” the answers from “out there” and then you read the information through your senses and synchronicity later on….

*AND THEN MY BRAIN SQUEAKED!!!*

I have trained myself over the years to become present during the day, wherever I am, as often as I can.  It’s a practice that I’ve come to LOVE.  I’m downright excited when the idea strikes me and I become fully conscious of the moment I’m in.  It makes the world around me seem so… perfect and magical and amazing…

AND THAT’S why I manifest so damn fast and see SO much synchronicity!!

Because I create SO many spaces of stillness during every day that I have a virtually constant stream of communication happening between me and God.

How unbelievably deep is THAT?!?!

And do I need to mention that I was just meditating 10 minutes before I sat down here?!

So that’s it people.  That’s the big secret to my magical and beautiful life.  Funny that even I didn’t actually realize WHY I can manifest the way I do.  I’ve just come to accept it as being in tuned to the Universe, because that’s what I try to do is be in tuned.

I suddenly have Deepak Chopra’s voice in my head telling me to take my desires into the stillness.  I guess he was right!  It really is THAT simple.
