Michael, Manifesting Machine

Happy, sunny, joyous Wednesday to you!!

A quick attraction in action story for you. A great reminder to just relax and be happy and what you want will find you.

I dug out an old desk lamp and put it in my bedroom on my night stand. I recently decided that I want to keep a hard copy, real book on my nightstand and start reading, even if only for a few minutes, before bed. I like this lamp because it’s adjustable and really bright but with a focused beam. Doesn’t light up the whole room but it REALLY puts a light on your book.

Doing this left me with an extra lamp because I’ve had a little blue lamp that’s been my lamp forever in that place.

We recently were able to move into the east wing of the house into our new bedroom and Eddie and Michael, for the first time in their memory are in their own bedrooms. Michael adores his new room and has been busy rearranging and decorating it since day one. He also likes to lay in bed and read and given that his bed is much lower than mine, this lamp would suit him.

**Hey Michael, do you want this lamp for your room?

~ ~ ~ Jaw drop, eyes wide* “Seriously!?”

**Uh, yeah? What?

~ ~ ~ I went to bed last night and as I was waiting to fall asleep I was laying there thinking about how much I LOVE my new room and how fantastic it is to have it to myself and I thought…. I wish I had a little blue lamp to put on my stand so I can read in bed….. and now you’re asking me if I want a little blue lamp…
I totally just manifested a little blue lamp for my ROOM!!

**grin* Well that’s interesting, isn’t it?!

~ ~ ~ Interesting? More like I’m freaking AWESOME!

Liquid Love and Overflowing Gratitude

I laid in bed this morning thinking about the law of attraction. I thought about all the metaphors and explanations and techniques. Here’s what I’ve decided.

When you have a desire to have fulfilled in your life, it’s sort of like you take a cup and write your desire on the side and set it on the heavenly counter top for The Universe to take care of for you.

Then, as you go about your life thereafter, each moment you spend in gratitude and joy adds drops to that desire cup. When the desire cup is full and begins to over flow, that’s when your manifestation appears.

Now, when you’re halfway through filling your desire cup and you get anxious and want to see where your manifestation is, you will spill half your gratitude and joy out onto the floor if you tip the cup to peek inside, so it’s best if you just keep on thanking and loving. No sense in backtracking!

Here’s the amazing part…

The more faith you have and the more you are positive that the Universe is on your side and pulling for you, the smaller the cup size is and the less filling you have to do.

I like to picture mine as only a shot glass. I have my own piece of counter space in heaven and I have it all lined up with shot glasses. Some are empty yet, some are somewhere in the middle, and some are filled to the brim and dribble over the sides a little every day! That’s the part of the counter top I like to stand under. I get to feel my manifestations sprinkle down over me on a daily basis. Those are the cups that have “Happy Marriage” and “Wonderful Family” written on them :)

I plan on doing a little yoga this morning and then taking the dogs for a good looong run. The weather man is saying 82 degrees today! (_giggle_ Eddie yells “82!? is that fahrenheit or celsius, mom?” ~ “Honey, 82 degrees celsius is like… 180 degrees fahrenheit…” _giggle_)

I’m also gunna hit the library! I love the library!

My affirmation today is~ My cup runneth over!

Conscious Manifestation, Law of Attraction

The Gun Show

I’m sharing this today because it made me laugh.

I took the boys on Saturday morning to go shopping. We had three places to stop before we circled back home. By the time we were at the third place, which was the grocery store, they were bored and hot and twitchy.

It was a good day though. The first place we stopped, the boys got to watch Mama do a little charm magic by manifesting a seriously close parking spot because it was raining buckets! They are always SO impressed with that! _giggle_ Then they watched a little more charm magic when we couldn’t find an alarm clock in the store. I grinned and spoke my charm and within seconds I knew exactly where they were, and off we went amid the awed giggles and whispers.

When we left there for the second store, I charmed us another parking spot because Michael was in back talking coincidence at me. We were backing into our SECOND perfect parking spot and an old man went flying by, standing on the rail of his grocery cart, just letting his bald spot blow in the breeze wearing a childlike, elated smile as he zipped past. I couldn’t help by grin at his display of enjoyment, and he looked up, right at me and saw me grinning at him and he smiled back unabashedly.

After a super fast turn through store #2, I pulled up to the traffic light outside of Giant Eagle and was waiting to turn and I hear Michael say, “Eddie, look… gun show!” and we all looked to the side to see yellow signs pointing the way to a gun show that was apparently going on nearby. We all three grinned as both boys suddenly lifted their arms in a bodybuilder’s pose to give me THEIR “gun show.”

Without missing a beat, I turned the OTHER direction and circled around to the sign in a fit of giggles. Michael was far too embarrassed to get out in the middle of traffic for a picture. Eddie and I had no qualms though, and we both piled out of the van and ran over in front of probably 50 people at the busy intersection, and took the following picture.

So that was the finale to our shopping excursion Saturday. I hope you’re all enjoying your weekend!
My affirmation for today is~ All of my life is meaningful.
