Blooming Where I'm Planted!

It’s happened again.

It sneaks up on me.

Evolution.

Emotional evolution.  Spiritual evolution.  Mental evolution.

All those things separately and yet all those things at the same time.

As my Self evolves, so does my blog and writing style.

It feels different lately.  The style.

I was drawn to changing the title of my blog.  I even had the words that I’ve chosen, handed to me.

When I heard those words, they spoke to me.  Blooming where I’m planted.

The Universe doesn’t want me to strive and try and persevere and pine away for desires.  It wants me to simply ask for what I desire, and then bloom where I’m planted.  Never a more simple concept.

So that is what I have chosen to do.

Bloom.

Not worry or resist or whine or complain.  I will bloom.

Not cry or try or regret or resent.  I will bloom.

I will bloom into the best version of me.  I will let go of wrong-doings and misunderstandings and fears and requirements and I will bloom.

I will bloom in spite of circumstances, whatever they may be.

I will bloom in spite of what other people believe or think about me.

I will live an authentic life where I am honest about how I feel.  Where I am who I am, no matter what company I happen to be in.

I will not apologize for not blooming into the form someone else expected me to.

I will spend each day focused upon where I can bloom, not upon the weeds.

Along with my little growth spurt, I’ve also changed the look of my blog.  I loved the old one because it fit me then.  Now I feel like the new look better suits me and my current style.  It’s almost like I grow into someone new and by changing my blog, I change my face to reflect who I’ve become.

I hope you’re all having a fantastic weekend.  I’m having a reflective weekend personally.  I enjoy reflecting on who I’ve been and who I am and observing the contrast in between.
