		<description>Knowing WHO you are now is also essential in who you are becoming. ;-)

I&#039;ve not ever really written down a story, for lack of a better word, about who I AM striving to be like you&#039;re talking about. Instead, I created a meditation that really works well for me.

Basically, you visualize a road stretching out before you, like a time-line of sorts. You project yourself down this road to a specific date and from there, you create an ideal of what you want to have happened by that time.

Well, that&#039;s the gist of it anyway. It&#039;s a little more involved than that. That should give you an idea, though. Maybe I&#039;ll post the full thing on my blog sometime if you&#039;re interested.
